The main scientific results obtained on the basis of research - the identification, analysis and systematization of the main provisions of the crisis management during the vari-ous types of crisis, and developed on the basis of this set of models and methods (techniques): analysis algorithm crisis model of conservation organizations CSP stability in a crisis situation and stability of its construction companies. Detect and analyze the list of the most successful instruments of crisis management for CSP. Recommendations are offered from creation of favorable terms for functioning of the sector from the side of the government.
