Yarova I. Slovenian phraseology with somatic component: ideographic and pragmatic aspects

Object: Slovenian phraseological units with structural somatic components. Goal: determination of the peculiarities of thematic and ideographic organization of Slovenian phraseological units with somatic component; definition of the units’ role in the development of the Slovenian language picture of the world and analysis of its pragmatic potential. Methods: descriptive method; method of ideographic classification; corpus research method; transformational analysis; method of contextual confrontations. Scientific novelty: for the first time the complex ideographic and pragmatic research on Slovenian phraseology is made. The practical value: possibility of using in special courses on problems of Slovenian/Slavonic phraseology, in compiling of the phraseological and ideographical dictionaries of Slovenian language.
