Lukyanchuk S. Hygienic evaluation of immune toxic effects under combined exposure of priority water pollutants

Dissertation is devoted to the ground of significance of immunotoxic effects for the hygienic evaluation of combined exposure of priority water pollutants. Conformations of combined exposure of phenol and chloroform; phenol, sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate for the immune system under per oral entering to organism of the different doses of chemical substances with drinking water during 6 months have been studied in the experimental researches on the white outbreed rats. The peculiarities and character of the combined exposure of phenol and chloroform; phenol, sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate for the organism immune system have been revealed. The conformations of development of sensitization and immune modullation of combined exposure of research substances have been determined in dependence on dose and duration of exposure. The significance of changes in immune system for organism under combined exposure of phenol and chloroform; phenol, sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate have been established.
