Nosar Y. Function of the adolescent girl's sexual system after surgical operation on acute appendicitis. (clinic, aspects of pathogeny, prophylaxis).

The thesis is devoted to the problems of saving and recovering of the reproductive potential of girls-teenagers, who have been operated on acute appendicitis, by working out the complex of prophylactic measures against disorders in the functioning of sexual system. On the basis of results of clinical-paraclinical inspection of adolescent girls have been exposed the dependence of the peculiarities of forming of the female sexual system, ovaries blood supply and hormonal status of organism on the stage of biological maturity by the moment of surgical operation. In 30,9% cases for appendectomy performed before the beginning of the sexual maturity the puberty process is inverted. Every fours girl has MFD after appendectomy in pre-puberty and early puberty period. Hormonal status of adolescent girls, who had surgical operation on acute appendicitis, is characterized by pronounced hypoestrogenia among the girls which have been operated in early puberty period and by increased testosterone level among girls operated in late puberty .Aphysiologic asymmetry of ovary volumes has been determined with prevailation of the left one over the right one. In the course of research ovaries blood supply has been determined that the most pronounced deviations of dopplermetric indicies are noted among the girls who have been operated in pre-puberty and early puberty period. The complex of prophylactic arrangements that has been worked out on the grounds of these findings lead to 75% reduce of MFD recurrence and 70%- of inverted puberty frequency.
