In dissertation examined the concept of chronic somatoform pain as a specific psychological phenomenon in the context of patients' intrapersonalnih and interpersonal characteristics. The solid review and analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches of the chronic pain problem in the context of neurotic disorders were done, deep canalized the theoretical concepts of psihalgies emergence and formation, and described clinical manifestations of psihalgy symptoms which depend on intrapersonal features of patients, described psihalgy types and their differential characteristics. In the results of investigation revealed the close relation between the following factors: the characteristics of the relation of socio-psychological aspects of individual patients and the structure of psychological defense, psyhosemantic, cognitive-emotional aspects of pain feeling and characteristics of patients with history in the context of subjective intensity somatoform pain symptoms, as well as detailed description of the mechanisms of appearing and the patients' feeling structure of somatoform chronic pain. The proposed psihodiagnostic algorithm, created in the combination of clinical-descriptive and phenomenological approaches. It's an attempt to examine the patient's direct emotional experience, united manifold manifestations somatoform pain disorders, taking into account characteristics of clinical disorders and personality characteristics of the patient. The investigation of psychological aspects of suffering psychogenic pain was made, taking into account individual patient's attitude to pain and the personal interpretation meaning of the pain as a psychological phenomenon in the context of patient's life situation which, makes it possible to determine the focus of psychocorrectional work approaches.
