Research paper includes the results of theoretical - experimental researching process of development important values of the fashion artist (designer) in youth ages as problem in ages and in pedagogical -psychology. State experiment which was conducted during the research permit to find out some ages psychological person's values in education-professional activities, complicated professiongraphic characteristic, made psychological analyze in the profession "artist - designer", found out structure of professional important values, special and professional person's skills in educational activities in first professional steps, proved perspective in using conception of many-sided professional intellect in terms "three -components" compound of professional intellect of hairdressing art's artist - designer . Results of forming experiment have detected values in personal development, cognitive, sychomotornyi student's sphere in condition of training- development lessons, detected efficacious of active methods for development professionalism of future artist - designer of hairdressing art in terms innovation studying in higher establishments I -II level accreditation.
