An object is processes of increase of ecologist-economic efficiency of the aquicultural systems by optimization of functioning of the systems of water-production and overflow-pipe; a purpose is development of scientifically-methodological principles of estimation of the systems of water-production and overflow-pipe; methods - abstractly-logical, causal-consecutive connections, dialectical and system analysis with the use of monographic and historical methods, supervisions and comparisons economic-statistisal and economic-mathematic, design at the choice of the best, optimal variant of functioning of the systems of water-production and overflow-pipe in difficult economic terms, strategic analysis; novelty – theoretic-methodological, methodical principles and practical directions of decision of problems of the rational use and guard of aquatic resources are formulated and reasonable from contamination; results – and ethodical going is worked out near determination of ball estimation of level of cleaning of sewages, that includes the losses of water, expenses of electric power in the systems, degree of wear of equipment, networks of water-production and overflow-pipe; it is inculcated in economic practice.
