Gurnickiy A. Psycho-pathological and patho-psychological peculiarities of hyperkinetic disorders at children and their correction

The dissertation is devoted cliniko-psychopathological, patho-psychological to studying of hyperkinetic disorders and working out of methods of psycho-correction on the basis of the established infringements at 103 patients of 6-12 years. The established peculiarities have given the chance to allocate the general psychopathological and patho-psychological syndromes, inherent in patients, and also characteristics of conditions with dominating pathological changes of attention and behavior. In work for the first time it is spent patho-psychological studying of intellectual function, memory, emotionally-affective sphere with allocation of characteristic changes depending on prevalence of infringements of attention or behavior in structure of hyperkinetic disorders. The established peculiarities school and family desadaptations taking into account dominating semiology are established. On the basis of cliniko-psychopathological and patho-psychological the data methods of complex correction of the revealed disorders are developed.
