Kozlova L. Politic policy's making mechanism in the field of the national sndustry's defence

Ways of improvement of mechanism of forming of public policy are in the field of defence of national commodity producers. On the basis of generalization of theoretical principles and analysis of practical problems in relation to forming of protectionism policy to define the ways of improvement of mechanism of forming of public policy in the field of defence of national commodity producers. Research methods is: analysis of the systems, method of comparison, design method. It is well-proven that a public policy in the field of defence of national commodity producers in Ukraine needs improvement of mechanism of its making at direction of strengthening of co-operation of management subjects on three levels: local is an enterprise; regional are local public and enterprise of region authorities; national are central public authorities and konsul'tativno deliberative organs at them, associations of enterprises or industries of industry, financially industrial group which will be instrumental in more effective use of the limited state resources during the leadthrough of protectionism policy; to bringing in of regions to forming of public protectionism policy; activations of defending of interests of Ukraine in. Certainly principles of forming of public policy in the field of defence of national commodity producers: to transparency; to differentiation; accordances international obligations; accordances national interests; to the consensus of interests; synchronizations with other types of economic policy, account of which will allow high-quality to influence the subjects of state administration on maintenance of policy, choice of mechanisms of its realization, on efficiency of state administration in this sphere. Results are inculcated in the Odesa regional soviet, Main administration of economy of Mykolaiv regional state administration.
