The dissertation is devoted a ground, research and introduction in practice of optimum methods of ensuring and maintaining the airway of the critical patients at the pre-hospital period. It is set that proceeding of ensuring and maintaining the airway of the critical patients at the pre-hospital period by laryngeal mask does not yield to the method of emergency intubation. This method is more easy and rapid manipulation and accompanied less of complications at the pre-hospital period.
