Litvinov O. Local government activity on realization of regulatory policy in Ukraine

In dissertation the preconditions of regulatory reform introduction in Ukraine and the necessaries preconditions for its subsequent effectiveness realization are determined. The institutional support faults of public regulatory policy in economic activity are identified and the practical recommendations on legal support development of its realization in Ukraine are elaborate. The contemporary condition of public regulatory policy realization in Ukraine and cooperation of local governments with local public administrations on this process are researched. The conceptual model of local governments' activity on public regulatory policy realization in economic activity is developed. Essential part of this model is monitoring of its policy which are based on the technological form and audit of local governments' regulatory activity. The complex of these methods enables to develop regulatory activity of local government. The audit algorithm of local governments' regulatory activity is elaborated and its implementation as instrument of increasing of effectiveness of public regulatory policy realization in economic activity is proposed.
