Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the research of the constitutional and legal regulation of the immunity of the President of Ukraine, people's deputies and judges of Ukraine in context of embodying the ideals of democracy and law-governed state in the national state creation practice. The author characterizes the legal nature of immunity, considers new conceptual and methodological approaches in modern Constitutional law concerning the understanding of legal immunity, determines its characteristic features, clarifies and characterizes correlation of the immunities of the President, people's deputies and judges of Ukraine and the constitutional principle of equality from the position of new demands of the modern theory of state.
