The dissertation is devoted to the questions of right's problems to inviolability of the dwelling, it's civil-legal aspect. The dwelling space is defined as the private unproperty welfare of a physical person. It's defined, that the object of right to inviolability of home is the inviolability of the dwelling space. The last one is an aggregate of person's competences, that have positive and negative aspects. The right to inviolability of the dwelling space is defined as separate subject unproperty right. The definition of realization of the right to inviolability of the dwelling space is determined. It's cleared, that unrealization by a person of researching right doesn't leade to it's stopping.
