Denisova M. Legal Prohibition of the Realization of the Constitutional Right on Peaceful Assemblies in Ukraine

Thesis is devoted for the analysis of the realization of the constitutional right on the peaceful assemblies in Ukraine. The normative acts that regulated coherent legal relationship during various parts of native society's development, are looked at. The specialty of the phenomenon of the peaceful assemblies and right on assemblies in a context of common theory of human rights are determined. Special attention is pointed on the determination the right on peaceful assemblies, analysis of its content, terminology, forms and mechanisms of its defense and realization. The international standards of global and regional kind on this right realization are looked at.
