Object: ecological and economic mechanism of logistic system management at the trade enterprise and it's system structural construction. Purpose: generalization of theoretical and improvement of scientific-methodic approaches to forming of ecological and economic mechanism of logistic system management at the trade enterprise. Research Methods: system-structural analysis, comparative and statistical analyses, cause and effect connections, economic and mathematical modeling. Novelty: for the first time economic essence of concept "complete logistic costs of trade enterprise" is defined, which is presented as shown in a cost form economic and ecological costs, related to realization of logistic activity. Subject, level of implementation: ecological and economic relations which form in logistic activity of trade enterprise.
