Object: processes and objects of ecological and economic mechanism forming for sustainable development implementation. Purpose: improvement of theoretical approaches and scientific-methodic approaches to ecological-economic mechanism formation for sustainable development implementation. Research Methods: systemic approach, comparative, grouping methods, structural analysis. Novelty: for the first time scientific-methodic approach to criteria formation of ecological-economic of economic mechanism estimation is developed, which is based on taking into account criteria or regional convergence and “income-pollution” criteria. Subject, level of implementation: economic relations between the participants which originates in the process of regional sustainable development implementation. Scientific-methodic approaches to ecological-economic mechanism improvement are applied. Sphere (sector): environmental economics.
