Essay

The thesis deals with the investigation of the peculiarities of the functional-morphological changes of the kidney and liver under condition of acute hemic hypoxia of a moderate degree, and its experimental substantiation of the medication GA-40 and antioxidant of ionol for the correction of revealed changes. Under condition of acute hemic hypoxia the renal function is characterized by diuresis decrease, increase of the protein excretion in with urine, inhibition of the absolute, proximal and distal potassium iones reabsorbtion, increase of the sodium iones concentration in the urine. The increase of azocollagen lysis in the cortical renal region, Azocasein lysis in the renal medulla, azoalbumin lysis in the pallila have been found, as well as total and non-enzymatic fibrinolytic activity and azocollagen lysis in the liver. The increase of the lumen of Shumliansky-Bowman’ capsule, nephron canals’ dystrophy, dystrophy of the hepatocytes. Under conditions of acute hemic hypoxia the increase of the tumor-alpha necrosis factor (TNF) in the blood plasma can be observed.
