Essay

The dissertational work is devodet to study of peculiarities of functional condition of cell and homoral immunity chains, nonspecific organism resistance indexes in allergic alveolitis pathogenesis, depending on its development periods and their correction by means of Korvitin. The investigation was carried out on 155 Guiney pigs (males). It was estimated, that on the 34th , 44th and 54th days of allergic alveolitis development the level of T-lymphocytes and of teophylosensitive and teophyloresisten subpopulations of T-lymphocytes in blood and complement blood plasma activity is gradually lowered and the level of immunoglobulins of A, M, G. B lymphocytes and circulating immune complexes is increased, with their highest level of expressions on the 64-th day of experiment. It was shown, that in conditions of allergic alveolitis formation (34th, 44th and 54th days) the phagocytar leucocytes activity activisation, and on the contrary, its lowering on the 64th day of this immunocomplex phafology was observers. The correctional action of Korvitin on disturbed indexes of humoral and cell immunity, nonspecific resistance of the organism, appearing in conditions of allergic alveolitis development was proved.
