Modern organizationally economic approaches for increasing of efficiency of the pharmaceutical providing of breast and endometrial cancer patients on condition of creation of formular list and insurance lists (basic and additional) of anticancer medicines first developed and grounded, methodology of design of cost of alternative sсhems of breast and endometrial cancer with the using of "decision tree" have been offered. Approaches to pharmacoeconomical researches of efficiency of application of sсhems of breast and endometrial cancer have been improved.In a complex the got results make scientific and methodical basis for practical improvement of the pharmaceutical providing of patients with breast and endometrial cancer, that allows to formulate scientifically methodical propositions and recommendations.
