Dissertation work is devoted to the problem of surgical treatment of the repeated perforation of ulcer of the pyloroduodenal zone. In the work the analysis of results of surgical treatment of patients of a control group (n=63) and basic one (n=42). In the basic group the own method of surgery – spiral-like pyloroplasty was used. While performing a of comparative analysis between groups of patients with organ-saving interventions with probability of (р<0,05) it was determined that in the group of patients with spiral-like PP and bilateral truncal vagotomy DGR reduced up to 18,2%, in the subgroup of patients with Dzhadu PP and bilateral truncal vagotomy it was 33,3%, in the subgroup of patients with Finney PP and bilateral truncal vagotomy it was 37,5%. In the subgroup of patients with organ-saving intervention without vagotomy, findings of a normal evacuation prevail in the basic group – in 15 (35,6%) patients against 14 (22%) patients of a control group at the expense of usage of the original method spiral-like PP. In the subgroup of patients with organ-saving intervention and vagotomy, delayed evacuation prevailed in the control group – in 4 (6,4%) patients. In the basic group delayed evacuation was not revealed.
