Essay

The object of research: social capital of industrial enterprise as a form of effective interaction of its employees on the basis of trust and openness, the purpose of research: the development of theoretical propositions, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for assessing the status of industrial enterprises of social capital and managing its development; research methods and equipment: methods of theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, systematization and classification, induction and deduction, operationalization and interpretation, expert assessments and statistical analysis; the theoretical and practical results: qualitative and quantitative technology to measure social capital of enterprises. The difference of this technology is the use of such evaluation tools as interpretation, structure and factor operationalization ensuring the objectivity of the assessment of social capital and its components; methodological support of assessment of social capital, which unlike the existing methodological approaches involves the complex use of analysis, diagnostics, monitoring, on the basis of the system of partial (confidence to colleagues, effectiveness of teamwork, etc.), synthesis (state of trust, interaction, organizational culture) and integral (state of social capital) indicators; substantiation of the development of social capital through education and training activities, which unlike to the existing approaches are based on the use of proposed and developed procedures and methods to assess social capital; specification of the nature and essence of the concept "social capital" of the industrial enterprise and the definition of the relation of this concept with such related categories as socialization, self-concept, trust, teamwork, organizational culture; grounding of the constructive role of principles in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of social capital. The necessity of systematization and selection of subgroups of the principles of research, evaluation and management of enterprises social capital such as the principles of dynamism, scientific validity, the evaluation of social capital as an intangible category, etc. This allows the integrated approach to the determination of the contradictions of its development and the elaboration of measures to address them, the degree of implementation: the findings are applied in practice of «State Malyshev plant», state-owned enterprise «Kharkov design bureau of engine-building»; sphere of application: the management of the development of industrial enterprises social capital.
