The dissertation examines the nature of the administrative-legal relations in the field of telecommunications. We explored the notion of administrative and legal relations in the telecommunications industry, their place among other social relations (economic, environmental, civil, etc.). Analyzed the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of relations in this area. Proposed concept and classification of administrative and legal relations in the field of telecommunications. Particular attention is paid to consideration of the characteristics of administrative responsibility for violations of telecommunications.
