The results of researched theoretical and practical aspects of Quality Management of Trade Service of the System of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine considering market conditions are presented within this dissertation. The features of Quality Management of Trade Service and its conceptual measurement approaches are described. The trends and peculiarities of retail trade development of the System of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine are reviewed. The data ware of Quality Management of Trade Service of organization and enterprises of the System of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine is investigated. The assessment of Quality Management of Trade Service of the System of Consumer Cooperatives is accomplished. The Quality Management of Trade Service diagnostic system and the method of trade service standards creation for enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives are developed.
