Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and methodical basis and the elaboration of practical suggestion with regard to the state industrial policy as a factor of modernization of real sector of economy. Existing state regulations mechanisms of the industrial sector of economy have been analysed. The efficient mechanisms of the state regulations system of modernization by the industrial sector of economy on the regional level have been defined. The ways of improvement of the efficient state support formation in the process of development of the regional innovation industrial infrastructure. Financial mechanisms of the state industrial policy have been improved.
