The Thesis is dedicated to the research of problems of administrative-legal regulation of responsibility for family violence commitment. Basing upon the analysis of family violence counteraction processes as a system category applying compex theoretical-managerial methodology the author has proposed and formulated the notions of "administrative-legal mechanism of family violence prevention" and " administrative responsibility for family violence commitment prevention subjects by the competence level has been suggested.
