Vysotsky D. Legal support for innovation activity

Object of research: relations which arise up in the process of innovative activity. The purpose of research: development of new scientific positions and suggestions on the legal providing of innovative activity, ground of suggestions on perfection of legislation. Methods of research: dialectical, analytical-synthetic, logical-legal. system-structural, comparatively-legal, statistical, other scientific and specially-scientific. Theoretical and practical meaning consists in deepening and perfection in science of economic right for theoretical developments on the legal providing of state support of innovative activity. Conclusions and suggestions of research can be utilized in a law process. The basic results of research use: by Committee on questions of science and formation of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; by Main administration of industry and development of infrastructure of Donetsk regional state administration; Joint-stock Company the "Technological park "Uglemash" at co-operation with Ministry of education and science of Ukraine on questions of state registration of project participants of technological park; at teaching of educational discipline the "International economic law" is in the Donetsk national university of Ministry of education and science of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the research deals with the basic problems of the legal support for innovation activity. The concepts of innovation and innovation activity have been studied and their new definitions in applicable legislation are offered. The analysis of peculiarities of objects and subjects of innovation activity is carried out. The necessity to improve legislation that defines concepts and legal features of such objects of innovation activity as innovative product and innovative production is substantiated in the paper. Taking into account the analysis of the peculiarities of the legal status of innovation subjects ways of its improvement are provided. The experience of foreign governmental support of the innovation activity has been analyzed. The proposals concerning the improvement of the legislation which defines the main types of government support of innovation activity have been worked out.
