Thesis is devoted to theoretic and practice problems of determination and realization administrative-law permission activity basis of State automobile Inspection Ministry of Internal affairs of Ukraine. In the work it is studied the concept of permission activity in a wide and narrow sense, summed up its understanding in science and practice. It is defined the concept and sings of permission activity basis of State automobile Inspection Ministry of Internal affairs of Ukraine, and its place in the police administrative activity. In thesis the analysis of legal law in Ukraine is carried out, learning principles, the subject of permission activity basis of State automobile Inspection Ministry of Internal affairs of Ukraine is defined and law forms of this activity are analyzing.
