The work ascertains essence and significance of state discipline in the state, determines the notion and peculiarities of transport discipline, characterizes legal bases, specifies system of subjects in safeguarding transport discipline in the state, object and subject of transport discipline, guarantees, means, forms and methods; a particular attention is paid to the questions of organizing an activity for safeguarding transport discipline of the state. Dissertation gives certain propositions and recommendations in issues covered by the research.
