Denisenko K. Corporate property relations of closed join-stock companies.

The thesis researches into the determination of the legal nature of corporate property relations in join-stock companies. Historical and economical principles of the emergence and activity of companies in Ukraine and foreign countries are investigated. The norms of existing legislation, which regulate the join-stock companies, are analyzed. Attention is paid to the research of the Law «On join-stock companies» and the positions, which need the specification and harmonization with other normative acts, are defined. Expediency of conservation of the division of join-stock companies into closed and open but not public and private as provided by the Law «On join-stock companies» is justified. Scientific approach to the definition of the legal nature of corporate property relations of closed join-stock companies is disclosed. The characteristic features of corporate property relations of closed join-stock companies, which are specified by their subjective composition and content, are defined. On the ground of the complex analysis of the legal regulation of corporate property relations in closed join-stock companies and the practical realization of property corporate rights by shareholders, the propositions as to the improvement of Ukrainian legislation on join stock companies are moved forward."
