Grygorenko A. Constitutional legal status of the Deputy of Ukraine and parliamentarians of Italy, Poland and Hungary: comparative analysis.

The thesis accumulating doctrinal approaches and normative regulation, is the complex research of theoretical legal aspects of constitutional legal status of Deputy of Ukraine in the light of paradigm of legal status of parliamentarians of Italy, Poland and Hungary. Genesis of scientific elaboration and methodology of a research problems are described. Normative regulation and social legal essence of status of Deputy of Ukraine are disclosed. Constitutional legal peculiarities of status of parliamentarians of Italy, Poland and Hungary are substantiated. Thus the system of their functions and authorities is presented. The analysis of institute of guarantees for exercise of authorities by Deputy of Ukraine and by parliamentarians of Italy, Poland and Hungary is set forth. Polemical argumentation of recommendations with regard to implementation of experience of regulation of legal status of parliamentarians of respective foreign countries into the national legal system is carried out.
