Essay

Work on the integrated study of constitutional and legal principles of the budgetary policy of modern Ukraine. The paper proved that the fiscal policy of our country felt at odds with constitutional principles and values, and therefore can not be effective. The main contradiction of budget policy is a contradiction between civil society, which gradually claimed and state authorities, which continues to identify the public interest in a social, territorial, state of society. To overcome this contradiction should be agreed articles of the Constitution of Ukraine, which regulate the budgetary policy of the constitutional values and principles.
