Essay

The dissertation contains a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and practical problems concerning the right to information in civil law of Ukraine. The investigation was conducted on information as the object of civil rights. Special attention in the dissertational research was given to the right to information as the civil personal non-property right, to the process of establishing above mentioned right in legislation of Ukraine, international agreements and legislation of foreign countries, to the content of right to information and its correlation with another informational rights.
