Bulat Y. Scientific Discovery, as an object of civil and law interrelations.

The thesis presents complex analysis of the current condition of the problem of legal protection of scientific discoveries. Historical review of the problem origin and dynamics for the institute of scientific discoveries is described; concept of scientific discovery is explained through the discovery objects and features; sector of the subjects of law for scientific discovery is defined in the thesis. Factors, which justify the introduction of the legal protection of scientific discoveries in Ukraine, are described in this work. Interrelations between discoveries and inventions are studied taking into account specific character of scientific discovery as an object of intellectual property.
