Oliynyk M. The Institucional Dynamics of Financial Sector of Economy in the Conditions of Market Transformation

A research object is a financial sector of economy of transitive type. A research purpose is opening of influence of basic factors of institutional dynamics of financial sector on the economic growth in the conditions of market transformation from positions not only normative but also positive approaches. Research methods are unity of logic and historical, abstract and concrete, quantitative and high-quality analysis, graphic, statistical supervision, analysis and synthesis, evolutionally-institutional, logical design, expert estimation. Results, novelty: maintenance of institutional device of financial sector of economy, as systems of interconnected elements which provide arrangement of motion of financial streams, is exposed (financial institutes; state; aggregate of formal rules and norms; informal institutes); the contradiction between the necessity of regulation of economic activity for the financial sector of economy and rent-seeking conduct of developers of regulator policy is opened and exposed and the positive and negative methods of its permission are grounded; the classification of institutes, as mean of cognition of financial sector institutional dynamics, is improved on the basis of introduction of the own criteria system, and the description of formal and informal financial institutes co-operation; the further development of imagination have got about: reasons of distribution of erroneous pictures of socio-economic dynamics factors; possibilities of effective import of financial institutes; the potential institutional states of financial sector. Degree of introduction - introduction is recommended. A sphere of the use is an educational process in higher educational establishments, researches of financial sector in scientific establishments, improvement of regulator policy in the process of activity of organs of state administration.
