The dissertation represents the methodical system of realization of competence approach to forming the concept "chemical phenomenon" at the pupils of elementary school. The means of gaining the competence in limits of given methodical system are: practically oriented study tasks where the material is connected with everyday life, applying the generalization of methods of activity and solving life's situations and problems.
