The object of research: the process of forming the system of remuneration of directors of the executive body joint stock construction industry. Methods: a systematic approach, logical and theoretical basis, classification and comparative data, analytical research, structural modeling, expert analysis and functional analysis, statistical and techno-economic analysis Objective: theoretical and methodological basis and development of scientific and practical proposals for the formation of differentiated system of remuneration of directors of the executive bodies of joint stock companies of construction industry improved: the mechanism of intra-differentiated system of remuneration of directors of the executive body, the process of determining criteria for the effectiveness of certain categories of managers on a balanced scorecard.
