The topic of the dissertation is the formation of musical thinking in adolescents in non-school educational establishments. The dissertation successfully defines the criteria, indicators and levels of development of musical thinking in adolescents in accordance with the semantic-functional structure and specific features of the studied phenomenon. This work has developed and experimentally verified the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and methods of forming a phased musical thinking in adolescents in non-school educational establishments. The data obtained during the dissertation research showed the effectiveness of the proposed method of development of musical thinking in adolescents.
