Guk B. Administrative regulation mechanism of the enforcement measures.

The thesis investigates the nature of administrative law enforcement, history of coercive measures and their comparative legal description of the law systems of Ukraine and some foreign countries. There has been conducted a detailed analysis of administrative and legal regulation mechanism of the coercive measures of enforcement in Ukraine. Special emphasis is given to administrative and procedural legal relationships measures of enforcement and the peculiarities of legal regulation. Particular attention is paid to practical aspects of law enforcement, the legal content of the forced execution of documents. Legal limitations and practical obstacles of law enforcement have also been considered. Suggestions and recommendations to improve administrative regulation mechanism of the coercive measures of enforcement are formulated.
