Object - acute purulent destructive diseases of lights and pleura; purpose - to promote efficiency of conservative treatment of patients with the acute purulent destructive diseases of lights by application of modern antibiotics with immunomodulators; methods – clinical, laboratory, biochemical, histological, immunological, radiographic, thoracicscopic, bronchoscopy, mathematical, statis-tical; results – first in clinical terms the new method of conservative treatment of purulent destructive diseases of lights is applied with the use of modern antibiotics together with immunomodulator of «Primavir»; the comparative estimation of conservative treatment of sharp purulent destructive diseases of lights is conducted with antibiotics together with immunomodulator of «Primavir» with the traditional methods of conservative therapy; efficiency of the offered complex conservative therapy is confirmed by the positive dynamics of цитологического research of the bronchial and pleura washings off, decline of frequency of complications and reduction of mean time of treatment; branch – medicine.
