Yasinska A. The system-oriented management of machine-building enterprise charges

The object of research is the process of management of machine-building enterprise charges. An author uses the methods of comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, grouping, the system approach, the factor analysis, the expert estimations and the empiric researches. The theoretical value consists in: the clarification of the concept of the system-oriented management of charges, the classifications of instruments; the improvement of the system of control about the charges, the system of indexes of optimum charges in operating activity, the evaluation of efficiency of management charges after the separate types of products, after the centers of origin of the charges and the procedure of choice of the strategy as for the management of charges taking into account the level of possibility of the enterprise to use the groups of instruments. A scientific novelty is the developed model of the system-oriented management of machine-building enterprise charges on the basis of selection of the elements of control system by charges and the systematization of strategies, methods and management instruments taking into account the influence of factors of internal and external environments. The subject of research is theoretical, methodical and applied positions as for the system-oriented management of machine-building enterprise charges. Recommendations of author are used in the system-oriented management of machine-building enterprise charges, in the evaluation of efficiency, in the system of indexes of optimum charges in operating activity, in the control system and the choice of strategies of management charges, on the principles of level of possibility of enterprise to use the groups of instruments for the management charges. The sphere of using the author recommendations are enterprises of the domestic machine-building complex.
