Essay

Survey is the process of motivating employees instrument-making enterprises. The goal of development-basic methods for improving the economic efficiency of personnel instrument-making enterprises by regulating interpersonal relations in the team. The author uses the methods of game theory, decision making, economic-mathematical, game-theoretical modeling, methods of system theory, systems analysis, statistical groupings, sample observations, methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, modeling, organizing. The thesis is a manuscript which contains theoretical substantiation of the theoretical and methodological principles of the formation of motivation mechanism, conception principles of the social and psychological aspects of the workers motivation and the development of the scientific and methodical recommendations to improve the efficiency of the personal relations of the staff to create the positive social and economic climate and to increase the efficiency of the staff's work. On the basis of the conducted analysis there had been determined the correlation between the state of the social and psychological climate in a firm and the economic efficiency of the labour; determined the totality of the coefficients which adequately and objectively reflect the situation that exists on the relation level of the staffs and developed the mathematical apparatus to unite these coefficients into two integral coefficients that make precise economic sense and characterize the staff as united economic object; developed the universal integral coefficient of the efficiency of the staff combined activity Іс аnd using the instruments of the theoretical and playing modeling there had been also determined the method for prognostication of the influence of the worker economic activity type on the economic efficiency of the combined activity of two workers. The authors used to evaluate the level of superior performance based team developed a single integrated index of superior team performance. Results thesis can be used to improve personnel management industry to improve the efficiency of work at small reference groups.
