The specific character of political processes of countries of the Arab world and the influense of islamic parties on these processes are studied in this research. The complex of problems of theoretical and practical character is investigated in thesis, due to what certainly role and place of islam parties in the political processes of countries of the Arabic world are explored. For the first time offered tipology of islam parties according to their ideological sign. Islamic parties could be instrumental in the political process of repair and reconstruction precisely because it is a complex and multi-faceted process. They could make their influence felt in the reformulation, of legislation governing civil freedoms. Since the laws governing the electoral process are the most crucial to political reform in Arab countries, political parties should fight until the bitter end to forge legislation that meets the people's aspirations, providing for a system based on proportional lists so as to ensure the broadest possible representation of the people in parliament, the central arena of the democratic political fray.
