Evel S. Developing the organizational and technological decisions of increasing efficiency of metal roofing structures assembly of the sports buildings

The thesis is devoted to solving the problems of the metal roofing structures assembly in sports buildings being built or reconstructed. The analysis of the constructive decisions of the sports buildings roofing has been made. The organizational and technological decisions of roofing structures assembly on stadiums and other sports buildings and technical and economic activities of the assembly have been under consideration. The factors destabilizing in-line construction of the stadium roofing have been studied. There is a consideration of a constructive decision and roofing assembly sequence on the stadium chosen as a main object of investigation. The comparison of technical and economic indices of manufacture, consolidation and roofing structures assembly obtained as a result of time-study with the indices obtained by the available technologies has been made. It was found that labour-intensiveness of some aspects of actual consolidation is much greater than that determined on the basis of calculations. For trusses and secondary beams graphic-analytical relations between the mass of the structure and specific labour-intensiveness of its manufacture, consolidation and assembly have been obtained. The particular manufacturability indices of the metal roofing structures on the investigated object have been determined. The methods of finding the optimal assembly sequence for the roofing structures has been developed on the base of optimization mathematical model of assembly that has a discrete quantity of variants of carrying out the work and takes into account its conditions. The organizational and technological decisions of metal roofing structures assembly on the stands have been developed and they give a possibility to carry out the work under conditions of an operating stadium.
