The research work presents the results of studies on the choice of rational parameters of the device and repair of pitched surfaces combined type roof over exploited attic. Completed classification of defects and damages of pitched coatings;identified factors that contribute to the defects and damages, reduce the longevity and serviceability of the roof.The constructive solutions and tools are developed to improve the longevity and quality of service, as well as reduce energy and material costs for maintenance coatings.The methods of repair roofs sloping surfaces are developed, thereby reducing complexity, cost and time of execution of works on installation and repair of such coatings.
