Kokotova O. Features of the burnout in the paramedical personnel of psychiatric establishments (structure, forming mechanisms, psychotherapy correction)

Data of the structure-dynamic features of syndrome of the burnout in paramedical personnel of psychiatric establishments are given as a result of complex research. Basic clinical psychopathological manifestations of the syndrome are systematized. Social-demographic and social-psychological features of medical workers contingent are defined and generalized. On the basis of psychodiagnostic approach the features of stress stability and social intellect of nurses with burnout syndrome as well as the basic mechanisms of its forming in psychiatric practice are studied. The paramedical staffs of psychiatric establishments have been proved. The efficiency of the system of prophylaxis and psychotherapy correction of burnout syndrome in a research result are a decrease of manifestations of burnout syndrome, improvement the health state and the quality of work of paramedical personnel.
