Shulika A. Triad policy as an institute of the political system of modern Ukraine.

The object is a social partnership as set of interactions of subjects of the social and economic spheres of modern political system. The aim is to revealing the essence and specificity of triad policy as an institute of the political system of modern Ukraine. The methods are system, structurally functional, normative-legal, comparative, rational reconstruction, sociological. On the basis of theory and methodology studies it can be stated that first of all the transitional society has the features of the triad policy. In the dissertation work triad policy is proved to function for providing the social stability and balance between political system and environment in the political system of modern Ukraine. The triad policy is stated to play a role of the mechanism of cooperation between the government and social groups to provide social and political stability. The triad policy is an important precondition for establishing of stable relations in society in modern Ukraine. The transformations of political and economical interactions to the developing countries standards are based on the triad policy in modern Ukraine. The principal feature of the triad policy system is its qualities as an institute of diverse interests integration and compromise and common public agreement establishment. Application spheres are perfection the organization of the government, trade unions and employers interaction, work of trade unions.
