Semushina O. Ineffective agreements and legal consequences of theirs invalidity.

This thesis is the first research, devoted to analysis of legal nature of the void agreements, conditions of it's ineffectiveness, peculiarities of the effective legal regulation, guiding relations, arising form null & void agreements. In the thesis have been described the place of agreements & ineffective agreements in the system of legal facts, defined main features of the consequences, originating from the agreement's ineffectiveness & nullity. Author has generalized the main approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to definition of the essence & types of ineffective agreements, performed it's classification and defined features for distinguishing with related legal categories. Special attention author has devoted to studying & distinguishing void and disputed agreements, profound analysis of domestic scientific views & has shown examples of legal regulation provided for the analyses legal categories in the legislative acts of foreign countries.
