Essay

This thesis discloses the basis of developing of problems of structure of polysystem trauma and linked this improvement of diagnostic and treatment of the illness with polysystem trauma and retroperetoneale hematoma. Was developed and improved complex of provisions and protocol scheme of diagnostic and treatment of illness polysystem trauma and retroperetoneale hematoma. Developing of the this scheme in the center of polytrauma of Ukrainian scientifical and practical center of emergency medical aid and disaster medicine was allowed decrease of lethality in this group since 35.20 to 23.7% in the basis of increase of level of adequacy of medical triage and diagnostic and treatment practice.
