Trotsky Y. Globalization challenges to national security of Ukraine in the context of the European integration process

The dissertation is devoted to the study of influence mechanisms of globalization processes on national security of Ukraine in the context of its integration to European structures. It is shown in work that character of threats and challenges for Ukraine in the conditions of globalization is determined both external factors as a result of the rapid opening countries to the world and internal, as a result of incompleteness democratic country of the modern European type formation. A necessity for the state to define new priorities that related to the necessity of taking advantages of globalization by adaptation to possibilities which it opens is reflected, and also struggle against its negative consequences that it inflicts to sovereignty and national development. It is discovered in research how national security of Ukraine can be provided to the condition strengthening of the negative globalization influences; in particular by activating protective mechanisms which country can obtain on the way of European and Euro-Atlantic integration.
