3Malaya O. Pharmacognostical study of bark and shoots of Betula verrucosa.

. Complete pharmacognostical study of Betula verrucosa Ehrh. bark and shoot was conducted. Qualitative composition and quantitative contain of main native substances groups (fatty acids, aminoacids, elements, phenolic compounds) in bark and shoots of Betula verrucosa. An 8 individual compounds were obtain from bark and 14 compounds - from shoot. The structure of obtained compounds was identificated by the physical, physico-chemical, chemical methods: 3 triterpen compounds, 1 steroid, 1 carotene, 4 benzoic acid derivates, 2 cinnamic acid derivates, 3 2-phenylbenzo- -pyrone derivates, 4 phenylbenzopyrane derivates. 4 substances were obtained at first. Technological parameters and optimal influences of thick extract obtaining from bark of Betula verrucosa were determinate. Morphology and anatomy structure and localization of biological active compounds in raw material were studied. Project technological industrial order of obtaining thick extract from Betula verrucosa bark, projects "Methods of quality control "Betula bark"", " Methods of quality control "Thick extract of Betula bark"" were worked out. Thick extract from Betula bark anti-inflammatory and membrane-stabilization action have shown.
